Now that I'm sober

I once again can see clear

I want you to know

How much I miss

You are my life

But my drug addiction

Pierced me severely

Like a razor sharp knife

I'm sorry this happened

I can't explain why

But I can tell you

I constantly cry

You still talk to and support me

And it makes me stronger

Now that I know I can't

                                 Do drugs any longer
