Three heartbreaks

It took me three hearts breaks
back to back
for me to put my life back on track
and realize I can't take that

It took my three rounds of lies
through the longs days and late nights
for me to put up a fight
and say "no" this isn't right

It took me three lost loves
to understand love isn't meant for me
maybe for some other girl
but this one lost three

It took one ME however
to come out of this strong
three heart breaks didn't break me
they helped a woman carry on
