still frame

Its cloudy and cold as the rain drips away,

all signs of life is dim as the sun hides

and the brightness starts to fade,

in my room there’s darkness as linger in the shade,

my memories begin to haunt me as they play there images in my face,

my memories are all I see, its all I have left,

a life in the past full of regrets,

my memories they last there for hours on end,

I sit there and watch them as time starts to bend,

hours turn to minutes,

minute’s turn to days, my lifetime has ended,

October 3 was the day.
