the next day you do not.

I still remember,

but you have forgot.

I'm not sure if I still like you.

My heart has not moved on.

I will always love you,

but I've realized that you're gone.

There's someone else I've noticed,

but my heart's not ready to deal.

He makes me laugh just like you did,

but unlike you he's real.

To his friends, to his heart.

This could be a new start

of something that really would last

I must let go of my past.
