I'm sorry that I'm not perfect,
I'm sorry that I cry,
I'm sorry that I've done these things,
I'm sorry that I lie.
I'm sorry for what I've become,
I'm sorry for not trying,
I'm sorry for exagerating,
I'm sorry I wasn't dying.
I'm sorry I break promises,
I'm sorry I wasn't there,
I'm sorry for the secrets,
I'm sorry I didn't care.
I'm sorry that I ruined it,
I'm sorry you feel betrayed,
I'm sorry that this came so late,
I'm sorry I never stayed.
I'm sorry for the failure,
I'm sorry I'm not right,
I'm sorry that I make things worse,
I'm sorry that we fight.
I'm sorry I don't have wings,
I'm sorry that I can't fly,
I'm sorry that it's too late to fix,
But from now on I think you should try.

WOW. Is this somehow tied to the other peom you have? I feel the same emotion from both of them. But listen... it's ok that you aren't perfect, because if you were, I wouldn't like you like I do. :) |

I can really feel the emotion pouring out of this poem and i love the repetition of I'm sorry cos it really emphasises your sorrow on the subject. I love the rhyming scheme as well, how every 2nd and 4th line is rhymed and its good how u havent been restricted by the abab type of structure lol. |
