As the sweet dew caresses the morn

As the songbird in virtuosic cry
My song for you will kiss the sky
Like the growling roar of a hungry beast
I'll call for you from the west to the east
Like the blessed drops of rain in drought
In time of need I'll seek you out
As an athlete strives to run a race
When you're near my heart quickens its' pace
As a river runs with twists and turns
Without you my heart forever yearns
My sweetheart, My love, My treasured prize
Forever the twinkle in my eyes
