There she walks,
that girl so alone.
Where does she go?
I must know.
but like a frightened child
she runs again,
never to reveal what she hides within.
There she goes,
that girl so alone.
I wander where she's headed?
I must know.
I quietly tread behind,
as if not to startle her
yet, I'm sure she hears me.
There she walks,
that girl so alone.
I see her now,
but does she know?
