My heart has been betrayed.

It wants to forgive & yet runaway.

When you realize you pushed me away.

Maybe you'll realize what I had to say.

Your feelings have always been beside you.

But it took a drink to push the words out through.

I held the same temptaion in my hand too.

I chose to hold out, that's the difference between us two.

Before you went you called to make sure we didn't have anything to do.

I said just tell me your plans & I'll still love you.

I didn't know it'd be my fault for not stopping you.

But I'm not your mother, you need to grow up too.

You're gonna have to choose.

Is it me or is it the booze?

One you will have to completely lose.

or I'll make the choice I first gave for you to choose.

Why did I have to call to wake you?

To only find out something poor.

I'm really hurt you betrayed my wishes.

I really want to head for that door.

Who's to say you won't do it again.

You knew what that vial drink meant to me.

I don't approve of what you did & I'm crushed

If I decide not to leave consider yourself lucky.
