Shufflin' my feet:

Like a zombie, down the hall.

Today's the same as all of last week.

And what about last year?

No difference,

even still have the same fear.

Show up at these places,

persuading the clock to move faster.

See those familiar faces,

none of them remembered me after.

It's all the same,

still losing every game.

A wallflower,

but not quite.

Have I become nothing

but a pretty sight?
