Fictionized Love.

He holds only my hand.
He looks only into my eyes.
He sees only me right now, and when he looks ahead.

When I smile, his day is made.
When I laugh, the world is his.
When I cry, all is shattered.

I said I love him, he said he loves me more.
I said he was all I wanted, he told me I was all he needed.
I said "just listen," and he didn't say a word.

Then, like clockwork, I wake up.
And every time, instead of feeling disappointment, I smile.
Sure, it's a fictionized love- but for now, I won't accept less.
