When we met

so loathesome I was.

we were best  friends

but now we aren't

we were lovers

but something went wrong

I don't know what.

but I am done crying

7 months it took

I still want to see your face

and be locked inside

your strong embrace

the pills aren't working.

I'm still depressed

I miss you more

everyday youre gone

but I've given up.

no more of this.

I've had this happen

and I'm tired of it.

bring me back

to where I belong
