You and I were on the phone.
But then you hung up and the tears started to fall.
Just me and my blade with no one else home.
I wanted you to come back, I wanted you to call.
I know you don't like it when the blade pierces my skin.
You know I don't like it when I'm around and you hold her hand.
And when you do I feel the pain deep within'.
The pain is too great you don't understand.
So we both broke promises we meant to keep.
So you sit there with a smile on your face and your arms around her.
As I cry myself so sleep.
And feel insecure.
So my smiles will remain fake.
As you two stay together.
And my laugh will always break.
From now to forever.
