This is but the dream I dream
The story of a life not yet lived
Passions of two lost kindred spirits
Roaming in the stars searching for the spark
The hourglass tumbles once again with no care
Damning yet another cycle to come to pass
With ones hope lost and the others trapped
A light comes through to show the way
Like a diamond untouched on an oceans waves
Or the first beating heart of a newborn child
Awoken once again they begin to dance
The steps flow as eyes touch for the first time
Each heartbeat in tempo with the other
Words would be lost in their frozen stare
Once two birds lost in the winds of a storm
Sharing broken wings again for the first time
