To Exist.

Trickles.
Trickles of Night through Waves.
Does it make a damned bit of sense?
Sometimes.
But why?
Sentiment is for the weak. Succulence is for the needy.
Sin is for the wicked.
And so is Hatred.
A battle, it's always a battle.
To be good, to be mercifully. But why do we fight?
When all we want to do is feel the gush of sin
Run between our fingers.
To hear the screams of the unwilling
Echo in the nights' eye.
To see the lusciousness of flesh
Rip though the brinks of our pale consciousness.
A consciousness that does not exist.
Trickles of thought, feelings, emotions.
None of it is real.
(No matter how hard you want to believe.)
(No matter how hard I want to believe.)
I wish I was real.
But I am afraid to say that I simply don't exist.
No matter how hard I try.
Trickles.
Trickles of Life through Existence.
Does it make a damned bit of sense?

i like the flow and overall very simple and somewhat true to ur own point of view,,, but if u really think about it,,, u don't always have to catagorize things into the good and the bad,,, u need both to balance out life ,, to exist is to sin and do good deeds at the same time,,, everything is an experience,,, humans just have this illusion of turning things into good and bad things,,, that's what religion(s) get u into and out of,,,, nothing really makes sense at all,,, u just need to find ur own flow of existence,,, btw,,,, i really like the "()"... lines,,, very interesting section to put in,, very great poem too,,, keep up the good work!~~~~~~Pang |
