Or any books really,

I am quite fond of them.

They take me to

Different places, places I will

Probably never go.

Places with

fairies

and witches

and kids with high self esteem.

Places with

real magic

and talking animals

and dreams that really do come true.

Places where the bad things are

Dragons

And trolls

Not drugs or

Guns.

I can be happy

While I’m reading

Though when I am done

It leaves me with

A sense of emptiness

But then,

I’ll just begin another book

Till all the books are read.
