Misguided Smile

Looking through the frosted window
I catch a glimpse of the reflection staring back at me
As i study it's expression
I notice this stranger has an overwhelming sense of simplicity
But do to my further ovservation i discover something not so ordinary
Against the frail complection and misguided smile the beings true colors show
A lonely but beautiful girl whose heart has been broken one too many times
Who works frantically trying to gather the remains
Carefully placeing each shard back in it's place
Creating a deformed disfunctional life source she now gaurds
As if her life really does depend on it
Not letting herself trust any other living soul but herself
and even that she finds hard...
