Greed and Green
The Greed and Green with Envy,
Are standing hand in hand.
While shutters keep their minds at ease,
And cooled by the ceiling fans.
Their wait is now eternal,
For impatience left them sane,
And now they scold and laugh at those,
Whom stand now in the panes.
But when the sun goes down,
They are there but just in vein,
For darkness blinds as the shutters shine,
From the inside fireplace.
The heat grows strong and fierce,
As the fan blades stir the flames.
And now it scolds and murders those,
Who laughed then at the panes.
