The Dove
A dove’s heart loses beats between still wings.
It was made to fly but never will.
Will it not be ready for what is to come?
Water is not still.
Mans corruption endures.
Thoughts lead to the never-ending horror of chaos.
The king comes on a horse as white as his heart and as strong as his love.
He comes to take the white dove home, but all he sees are black birds.
The black doves walk the earth that is theirs for brief.
They know they are bound to this burden and will never fly.
The white dove wanders aimlessly about the world, but he never fly's.
He detests water.
He will never fly to get over it.
Thus, his boundaries are limited,
He cannot do what he was made for.
What will happen if the king bans it from his kingdom of doves?
Will it fall into the ocean and never fly away to the kingdom of love?
