| It is impossible to push people you love away because in your heart they want to stay. They've been there when you've went the wrong way. And listened even when you didn't know what to say. Because people pull each other through even when they aren't sure what to do We follow each other's clues For we know there's way too much to lose It is impossible to hate another once you've been there for each other even when they act like your mother they remain as close to you as your brother Because people pull each other through even when they aren't sure what to do We follow each other's clues For we know there's way too much to lose It is impossible to push away you're friends because they're there for you again and again Even when things feel like they'll never mend They refuse to let you see the end. Because people pull each other through even when they aren't sure what to do We follow each other's clues For we know there's way too much to lose It is impossible to push away the people who care because in your heart you want them there For they see through your stare and do their best even when they have you to scare. Because people pull each other through even when they aren't sure what to do We follow each other's clues For we know there's way too much to lose It is impossible to leave anybody in fear as you see them shed every last tear. And you know they need you here to face the person they see in the mirror Because people pull each other through even when they aren't sure what to do We follow each other's clues For we know there's way too much to lose People can't live despising those who came to them over and over and over again And even when things seem to never mend They refuse you to meet the end Because people pull each other through even when they aren't sure what to do We follow each other's clues For we know there's way too much to lose Shallow we can never be because in our hearts we're family from shore to shore and sea to sea together holding another's key the key to our hearts, mind and soul the ultimate toll! I could relate to this poem, very good. Theres a few people in everyones life that you could count on. EIther its a friend, a family member, a teacher you could go to that person with anything and they get you through it. I like this. It didn't only have a good ryme scheme to it, it also was very moving. I would give you two thumbs up but the damn thing doesn't allow it..XD |
