Its raining outside
the rain doesnt help my mood
i walk outside to stand in the cold rain
looking towards the heavens for some kind of answer
the rain soothes me, and i cry freely thinking of you
my tears roll down my cheeks
each tear mixing with a drop of rain
and when they meet, they form an even bigger tear
sending it cascading down my cheeks
to splatter at the ground
or to soak into my shirt
the rain stops, and so do my tears
i am done crying over you
