It's funny how a life can be ended with just one blade
One slice to the wrist is all it will take
Going unconcious from all the blood lost
Knowing your life is the only cost
You lie there dying, no one around to help you
Wondering if it was a mistake, something you shouldn't do
But it's too late for second thoughts, the cuts already made
There's no possible way for you to be saved
Two hours has past and there's a knock at your door
Your family yelling your name, screaming more and more
The door is finally opened, but the sights too much to bare
The crying now starts as they see you lying there
They don't want to believe it, hope it's all a dream
But it's all true, a real body can be seen
The announcement is made at school the very next day
All your friends are speechless, nothing at all to say
Everyone is crying over you, their heart will never mend
Mourning the death of a lover, a brother, a friend.
