They see this good girl
That smiles and laughs
They think I'm happy
They don't know my past
The scars I have
The tears I've cried
The pain I feel
Deep down inside
Many don't know
The real side of me
Who I really am
I don't want them to see
If they would pay attention
They would hear my cries
See that I need help
And know the reason why
But they are all blind
And none of them care
They don't ever see
It just isn't fair
