Screaming for Help

Pain doesn't control me anymore

So many scars

Come with many tears

So much pain

Through all of this year

The blade goes deeper

With each time I cry

I just can't help it

I don't know why

The feeling is good

The pain is not there

The knife is sharp

Why should I care

No one sees it

As if they were blind

Each time I do it

They don't even mind

I carve and slice

Just missing the vein

It's my life

I control my pain

seekerovtruth Perhaps writing can be a way to vent those emotions w/o being self destructive. Great piece. Writing has helped me immensely to get things out w/o resorting to self destruction. :)

DemonzR4eva i know how this poem is...because i do the same thing, except i dont control the pain the razorblade does....ohhh man it feels really good...it relaxes me a lot and i dont consider it being harmful to anyone not even myself because it helps so how can something so helpful be dangerous.. PEACE!!!!!
