I'm sitting under the stars

I finally understand why they shine so bright

It's because they shine for each and everyone on earth

Some may shine brighter than others at times

but they will continue to shine no matter what they are made of

You may think they are just there for no specific reason

But I know it's that so everytime someone is down,

they are able to look out and know that no matter what,

they will continue to shine

So, when you are picking on someone just to make yourself feel better

remember that even though you do this you both have bright futures

And that no matter what you get to choose your own path
