Vampire

I taste the blood,

It runs smoothly down my throught.

Memories come in such a flood,

Seeing emotions one should never gloat.

Calmness rushes through the mind,

Body relaxing with the tide.

Such a life is never kind,

Taking a sole, as I sighed.

Pleasure soothing a lasting hurt,

Clinging to life with a single breath.

Love was something never learnt,

Living to see eternal death.

Satisfied by the crimson flow,

A life is met with unkind words.

WHile others live inside the glow,

I live the life no one has heard.
