Into The Sky

Feathered wings, that of a bird

Snowy white, cloud soft gown

The calling for me has been heard

I'm leaving now so don't at all frown

The distance is so very close

Yet so far away at the same

I hear the melody as it flows

That destination, is my aim

A matter of seconds and I'll be free

At long last its time to say goodbye

I see you and light all around me

Over the Earth and into the sky
