  I lost my trail of thoughts

in the swirl of timeless sleep.

I fell down,

but you brought me back to my feet.

I get the feeling of peace,

but that was only ever a lie.

Everything is screwed up in a mess,

and I just want to cry.

Yet the days are so short,

but time is so long.

Life may be precious,

but death is priceless.

I have no place in a world of meaningless thoughts.

I'm getting tired of all these battles never fought.

But who's to say what's right,

and when we'll fight?

Nobody should steal

from the pointlessness of here and now.

Nothing exists in the world of today,

because there is nothing left

that is worth anything.
