I sit here and wait
As I put my life on hold
For you to come back home
The endless agony of being alone
Keeps me up at night
The empty feeling I have
Makes it harder to breathe
Haven’t lost faith or hope
I know sooner or later
You’ll walk through my door
The silence is tearing me apart
I need you by my side
But there’s no sign of you ever coming back
As I wait for your return
I keep looking at the stars
Wishing for you to come back
And to hear you say
“I love you” one more time…

This is my favorite all though i love them all. But this is the one i can relate to most in my life right now...he left for 2 years not a rod from him and last december i got a letter him teling me he's ok but we aren't even close to what we used to be..i understand what it's like to wait for a loved one to ocme back.. |

Well, it's a sad one. Honestly, I am not a fan of this subject...not being able to bear the other being gone. Only because I've read too many, and they all say the same things. But, I don't say this to be shrude or snotty. It's just an open opinion. And, I wouldn't have much to say if I lied. I'd only be able to say something like "I like it". |
