I know you're out there somewhere
Might be near or far but I know you are
My one and only, my shinning star
The reson I smile and all that I see
You never leave my head
My hopes or my dreams
And when I look into your eyes
Instantly I'll be lost
I'd keep you around forever
No matter the cost
I'd hold you close and sigh in relief
Because I'll be in the arms
Of the one who really loves me
I know you're out there
Somehow I know you are
But it's killing me inside
Not being able to have you by my side
Might be near or far but I know you are

i love this one its amazing the is very well written like how you describe your love so bluntly and not really let us wonder but thats a very good thing in your poem it makes it more powerful and meaningful this is a very awesome poem! |
