Through out my life I've made good friends, made good memories and made mistakes,

But theres something missing, pain in its place, this emptiness, this void,

Because all i ever really wanted was to have a better half,

Some one i can talk to on an intimate level, Someone i can hold,

It hurts to have this hole inside me, its seems to never end,

Its something only i can feel, hidden from family and friends,

The agony of never showing,

Is like a clot that stops my blood from flowing,

There have been many instances where light shined in this tunnel,

Only to be turned upside down, and drained out like a funnel,

You think you have what your searching for, but only darkness ensues,

Then you wanna run and hide, you cry or come un glued,

Its hard to carry on and begin back at the start,

Because the attempts that failed have built walls around my heart,

but I must carry on, on this bumpy road of travel,

Thats my life, a barefoot sprint through holes sticks and gravel,

My aspiration to have a family leans on me to keep going,

If not ill die alone with the Pain of never knowing,
