Tomorrow
I sit back and wander, About what tomorrow will bring, When the Sun can wait no longer, And the birds start to sing. Will the new day be better than the old? The sun may show and make it hot, Yet the winds may make it cold, I know not. Maybe I'll spend it with a friend, Maybe someone new I'll meet, Surely I'll do it to the end, Till the sun takes it's seat. I could just head down to the beach, Might show someone something new, Or maybe to me they will teach, If only I knew. Something great I might see, And for that girl my heart might fall, But just maybe, I might not wake at all.
