The Pain A Father Can Cause....

the rain is pouring down,

on a cold&stormy night.

this heart-wrenching pain,

she wants to no longer fight.

she sits for a while,

trying to decide;

her eyes so pmanently red,

from all the tears-for years-she has cried.

finally she takes out her razorblade,

then calmly looks about,

she thinks of her mom&brother,

they love her to death-there is no doubt.

but she can't take it any longer,

she just can't hold on,

so tired of all the pain,

and misery that lies within.

so many years of prayer,

so many years spent trying to decipher,

'why is that man so cold-hearted,

and always trying to hurt her?

he would bring her spirits up,

just to watch as they crash down,'

and then, all of a sudden,

she puts the razor down!

stops thinking of her pain, and remembers

'if i do kill myself now, i will go down in vein.'

slowly getting up, she goes and grabs her phone,

wants to call her dad and say

"daddy of me, please don't be ashamed!"

she wants to tell her dad what just happened,

what she almost did,

but she can't, he wouldn't listen,

so her face in her hands she hid.

he will naver care about her,

he never really did,

go live with her mom, she wants to,

but this he would never allow;

father never loved his daughter,

living with him, it feels like prison.

she wants so bad to escape,

she just wants to forget; but she can't,

and she knows it., but also sh isrelieved,

when she thinks of how he'll go to hell,

maybe then he'll learn his lesson................
