I don't understand
Why you chose to help me
You were there til the end
You were the one that held me through the pain
The shakes and the screams
The vomit and the panic
The tremors and the insomnia
All thoses sleepless nights I hated you
But you saved me from an awful fate
You stood by me while others fled
Where would I be now if you hadn't showed up when you did
I owe you more then my life
You did all of this for me and you don't want anything in return
You're fine with just knowing
I can smile again
