envious moon shining bright unto the heavens

sometimes when i look at you i wonder why

why are you there when the sun is not

why are you there 

are you the mother and the stars are your children

brighting up the the unluminated sky

you are like the eyes of an angel

always changing colors

when im sad will you be blue

when im in love will you be red

oh envious moon shine down on me

and give me your strength
