Nothing Matters

I've been hurt, decieved, wronged

And pushed around

I was too afraid to listen to the sound

Of the Holy Spirit calling out to me

I felt as if I was holy and free

Little did I know,

 About the pain I would bestow

Upon others who looked up to me

And wished they could see what I see

I'm sorry for the way I acted

I was way too distracted

For everything was coming my way

But I have changed on this very day

When conviction comes I will hear

When the Holy Spirit calls

I will come near

Nothing matters without God's love

Nothing matters when I've got nothing to live for

Nothing matters when I'm not looking above
