Colors of love
An arch of purple, orange and red
A stroke of yellow above my head
A sea of colors bright and true
Painted on a sky once blue
The colors give way to the black of night
A single blue star what a beautiful sight
Night's raven veil shadows the land
It blankets the world with its out stretched hand
What a beautiful sight for me to behold
The one life on Earth that never grows old
Every sunset is one of kind
With every splash of color frozen in time
A stroke of yellow above my head
