My Angel, you are away,
but I'd wait forever, day by day.
My love, I can't be patient any more!
I will feel like waiting, forevermore.
I am here, you are there.
And I say, "This is not fair!"
Each time I hear the roaring thunder,
Each time I smell the summer's rain,
I think, and in time I wonder,
"Why now, are we in so much pain?"
I turn around, and alas i see,
you my love, I'm filled with glee.
There you are, relaxed, your form so slender.
Your eyes, my favorite, so blue and tender.
Your hair, glowing, giving you a precious look,
I gaze at your eyes, my heart you took.
You are here, we embrace.
Now I see you, face to face.
You Sobbed, "I'm so sorry for debating."
"Don't worry, I'd still be forever waiting."
but I'd wait forever, day by day.
My love, I can't be patient any more!
