Hope Back

   She sneaks into her room,

After another long day,

Knowing noone is home,

She thinks crying is okay...

  She lays her head donw.

Andother restless night,

She cries with no sound,

Cause nothing's going right.

  Her famoly thinks she's fine,

They don't see through her smile,

They never try to cross the line,

That's inside and on it the hurt starts to pile.

   She smiles as you walk by,

But once you back is turned,

Her insides start to cry,

Ans she wonders if they'll learn,

Of her secrets and pain.

   At school she acts fine and all,

BUT it's only an act,

At night she silently calls,

For hope to come back.

   So she lives her life,

In silent prayer,

She wonders if anyone even cares...
