Secret goodbye
Was he telling me?
Secretly whispering me his last goodbye?
Was he leaving?
I see it now.
He kissed me with sweet sorrow
And looked at me with great pain.
Telling me his stories, his hopes, his dreams of a better world.
Was he telling me?
A secret, silent goodbye?
When I found him,
In his hand were his last words.
The last words id ever know from him,
Gently written on a piece of paper:
Goodbye my one and only love
And why?
Why did he do it?
So sweet and harmless in his last days.
And he had sung to me,
Sung to me the sweetest songs of the unknown.
He hugged me,
hugged me in the way of a missed love.
I wondered why
I wondered…
I…
But it was about him…
He was the one,The one who took his life….
Goodbye my one and only love
It said.
So unmoving.
So unchanging.
I cry.
I miss you.
