My Life As A Teen
I'm walking alone in this so called world
That I don't really like
I wasn't happy yesterday
Maybe today I might.
In spite of what others say
I don't give a damn
I didn't like anyone yesterday
Maybe today I can.
Am I really this unhappy
Or is it just all in my head?
I'm having trouble growing up
But I never said I'm dead.
No one said growing up was easy
It does have it's hills.
Maybe I should look at things
They way they are for real.
It seems like only yesterday
I was a little kid
Now I've grown up and become a teen
And there's a lot I've done and seen.
It's kinda hard being a teen
Beginning at the start
But when push comes to shove
It's really not 'that' hard.
I admit I've had hard times
With love and PMS
And if you really think of it
It can really make you stressed.
But if you have faith
Believe and be strong
You'll come to realize
That your life's not so wrong.
That I don't really like
