Killed my hope with your lies
Put my head in the clouds
And then darkened my sky
Took my hand and mislead me
Broke my trust almost completely
I had high hopes for us
I believed in you
Strongly thought we were meant to be
Thought i knew my destiny
Yet some how my dreams still linger
As a spirit of someone murdered would
I felt your grip let loose
As i still hung on to you
Never believed in unexplainable things
But your the song my heart sings
Maybe things really dont last forever
But i'll love you untill the end of me
Time hasnt ran out yet, so...
Maybe theres a chance of what you said was true
I want to fly again
In order to use my wings though, i need you
I hope you'll help me make it to another, brighter sky

What you need is to be O.K. with or without her. She isn't responsible for your happiness, you are! Happiness is a choice. If it is based on your expectations of someone else being responsible to make you happy, you are setting yourself up to be knocked off balance, like a game of Tee-ball. JMO Smile.
