Burdened

Burdened

Her tears are the burden of time,
Shoulders ache from all the weight,
A mass building in her heart,
Hidden deeply in an arctic state.

Ordained by silence, she weeps inside,
While they're all blinded by her smile,
With cordial greetings and somber eyes,
Tears and fears are made domicile.
