I'm trying my best
To pretend life's worth living
For you, I'll give the rest
So I won't tell
That I'm so desperate tonight
No I won't be seen
I'll break down when there's no light
During the day
I'll paste on a broken shell
No, they won't notice
That my life is a living hell
Everything that's left
What little there is in sight
Don't worry, not for me
If you hear me pray, late at night
Or hear me begging
Pleading with God, asking him why
Because now that your gone
I dont want the rest
