My Pain Reliever

You may say you love me and that's why I should stop
You may say you're sorry for me, or try to "help"
Yet you don't consider how I feel
It's my life, my body and my problems
It may not be the smartest thing for me to do
It might be making my life worse than it was before
But I don't care about all of that
This is something that makes me feel better
It helps relieve some of my pain
When I realize what I'm donig I'm not exactly proud
But it makes me feel better, it helps relieve pain
