You were a good basketball player.
I never could beat you.
You were the person who taught me to fish, and bait a hook.
You always said nothing was free.
I never could tell you something that was free.
Plenty of debates about it.
We had many long conversations about life
You loved my mother.
You loved my sister.
You loved us.
I loved you.
I looked up to you.
I felt safe with you.
You were strong.
You were there when I first started wrestling.
I can still hear you chanting my name.
You taught me to draw.
I could never draw as good as you.
You liked the Black Eyed Peas.
I didn't.
You were more than just some guy named Todd.
You were my father.
You were a good father.
You always tried your best.
I told you that you were weak.
I regret that.
I am sorry.
You died.
I don't know why you did that.
I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU DIDN'T CALL ME!!
WHY DIDN'T YOU COME TO ME!!!!?
WHY DID'NT YOU CALL ME!!!?
WHY DID YOU PRETEND LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG, WHY!!?
YOU HURT ME!!!
YOU CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER!!

i'm really sorry about your dad...my step-dad commited suicide too. i know what ur going through. but u cant blame yourself...even though that seems to make the most sense. there's nothing that you could have done to change his mind...although i know thats hard to believe it was hard for me to believe too...but i wont say i hope the pain goes away cause i know that u don't want to hear that cause it won't but i hope the pain becomes more bearable. |

It's a very touching piece.
Ofcourse everyone feels sorry for you.
However, to me, when other people feel bad for others, I just don't like it...
