If I were a feather...
I would be a baby blue.
Swayed by the weather.
A path thats never true.
Floating through the air...
Dipping, and diviing.
Weightless, and not a care...
Or worrying about surviving.
If only I were a feather....
You would see how pretty.
Soft unlike that of leather....
Shiny like the lights of Boston City.
Smooth sailing from here...
Everyday would be something new.
Caring about nothing, being without fear.
Sometimes I wish it were true.
If I only were a feather.....I would float far away from here.
