On My Mind
It's there in the back of my thoughts:
Images, words; commingled in a collage.
I try to fill my lungs with cleanliness
But the shivers displace my confidence.
A high feeling settles in my chest
When a certain image enters my mind.
I frown slightly, my expression considerate,
Though I wouldn't EVER consider the impossible.
No..so I shrug it all off, forget the idea
But, it's always there..in the back of all of my thoughts.
