Comet Realization
Suddenly, my breath catches
No denial sinks in because I feel funny
Heart beats faster, anger settles in
"Wow, really. That's kinda depressing.
That's sad."
Anger.
Unbelievable anger covering the hurt.
Now, as I think and catch myself
No denial sinks in because I feel strange
Heart crawls to a stop, pain reveals itself
Wow..DARE I SAY this hurts.
