Here i lay
as close as i can to death
I struggle each breath

I don't ask for forgiveness
or wish  I could have had more friends
I'm  already at my end

I don't ask for sorrow
or even to see you cry
Just let me die

I don't ask for love
Because i already know
It was gone long ago

I don't ask you to to comfort me
I can die easily in this hospital bed
my own tears shed

I do wish though
that in my life and what i've done
I'll still be a loved one

I do wish that you'll let me be
I hate to see you watch me die
all it does is make you cry

But promise to remember me
