Even angels die
One wing hung so low
a limp in the leg
her pace was slow
Feathers falling
a tear from the angels eye
heavens gates calling
She ignores the call
she carries out her plan
there before i can fall
Picked up she dusts me off
she weak
Struggles with a cough
This angel truely a blessing
i loved her so
But in heaven her placement was missing
With a final gasp it was the end of her life
although i tried not to cry
Because even angels die
